Yes, you can return an item as long as it's withing 28 days of the item being delivered. The item must be in its original condition.
Lake Apparel doesn’t offer items’ exchange. If you wish to get a different size or color, please send back the unwanted items to Lake Apparel with a request for a refund, and place a new order.
To get a full refund, the purchased item must be returned within 28 days of the item being delivered. The item must be in its original condition. In such case, Lake Apparel refunds the purchase within 7 days of receiving the returned item, meaning you will receive your money back within 7 days.
